Sporting Clays Dover Furnace Shooting Grounds provides a unique Sporting Clay experience. Located in New York's historic Hudson Valley, Dover Furnace offers all shooting sportsman a state of the art facility that includes Trap, Skeet, Fitasc, Wobble and Five Stand as well as sporting Clays, Game Bird and Deer Hunts. Shooting instruction is also available to hone the skills of all participants, novice as well as expert. A Pro Shop featuring "Beretta" and "Browning" apparel is located in the registration building, where gun rental and golf carts are also available. At 2000 acres, Dover Furnace is the largest public facility of its kind in New England. This facility features fully automated "Long Range" equipment that enables a single shooter as well as multi-person squads to enjoy a round of Sporting Clays without a trapper. Dover Furnace Shooting Grounds are open seven days a week from 9-5.
